In today’s post I will show you how to make quick and easy Curd Balls at home. Have fun baking!
Homemade: Homemade Curd Balls as from the Bakery

Ingredients for about 50 small Curd Balls:
- 250 grams of flour
- 250 grams of curd
- 125 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- ½ sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar for turing the done curd balls
- About 1 liter of oil for deep-frying
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Mixing bowl
- Mixer
- Sieve
- Pastry bag with large round nozzle
- Scissors
- Pot or wok for deep-frying
- Bowl with sugar to turn the done curd ball
- Ladle
- Kitchen paper
Instructions for the Homemade Curd Balls:
Give 2 eggs into a mixing bowl…
…also add 125 grams of sugar…
…1 sachet of vanilla sugar…
…& a pinch of salt…
…mix all ingredients using a mixer for about 2 – 3 minutes until white and creamy…
…then add 250 grams of curd…
…and give it a quick mix…
…next sift ½ sachet of baking powder…
…& 250 grams of flour and give to the batter…
…mix using a mixer…
…until you got a tough batter, hard tearing off the spoon…
…now fill the batter into a pastry bag with large round nozzle…
…heat up a bout 1 liter of oil for deep-frying…
…once the oil is hot enough press out small batter portions with the pastry bag (about 2 – 3 centimeters long), cut of with scissors & let gently slide into the hot oil…
…deep-fry them for about 4 – 5 minutes until golden brown…
…lift out the done curd balls using a ladle & allow to drain on paper towels…
…turn them still warm in sugar…
…& enjoy.
