  • 250 milliliters cream
  • 125 milliliters buttermilk
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 lemons
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon locust bean gum

Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:

  • Mxing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Lemon juicer
  • Ice cream maker
  • Flat Tupperware container to store the ice cream
