In today’s post I will show you how to make quick and easy Tortilla Wraps at home. Have fun baking!
Homemade: Homemade Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients for 4 Tortilla Wraps:
- 500 grams of flour
- 230 milliliters of lukewarm water
- 70 milliliters of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Flour for the countertop
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Mixing bowl
- Mixer/Food processor
- Damp Kitchen towel
- Rolling pin
- Large frying pan
Instructions for the Homemade Tortilla Wraps:
Put all the ingredients for the tortilla wraps in a mixing bowl and using your hands or a food processor…
…and knead for about 4 to 5 minutes to a smooth dough. The dough is ready when all residues have been incorporated by the side walls in the dough.
Give the dough onto the countertop and use a knife to halve the dough…
…then cut each half into 4 equal sized pieces.
Form balls of dough with circular movements under your palms…
…then turn each ball on a floured work surface and then flatten slightly…
…after that roll out thin and flat using a rolling pin.
Pull apart the dough finally with circular movements under your palms into a thin and flat tortilla wrap.
Heat up a large pan without adding oil or grease and bake the flatbreads sequentially about 1 minute from one side…
…and as soon as the flatbread begins to bubble…
…turn once and bake another minute from the other side until done.
Stack the finished tortilla wraps one above another…
…& cover with a damp kitchen towel, so they do not become hard and brittle and you can roll it better.
Then use the wraps at will.
