In today’s post I will show you how to make a quick and easy Homemade Chocolate Sauce. Have fun cooking!
Homemade: Quick Homemade Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients for about 300 milliliters of Homemade Chocolate Sauce:
- 300 milliliters of milk
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar
- 1 heaping teaspoon of cornstarch
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- A cup to stir together milk and cornstarch
- A knife to coarsely chop the chocolate
- Small pot for cooking the chocolate sauce
- Possibly dip bowls for bottling
Instructions for the Homemade Chocolate Sauce:
Stir together 1 heaping teaspoon of cornstarch…
…& a little sip of milk…
…in a acup until smooth, then set aside.
Coarsely chop 100 grams of dark chocolate with a knife.
Heat up a small pot adding the remaining milk…
…& 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar…
…over medium heat stirring constantly using a whisk…
…shortly before the milk begins to simmer add the chopped chocolate…
…& stir with a whisk until the chocolate is completely melted.
Now add the prepared cornstarch mixture…
…and bring to a boil while stirring constantly…
…then remove from heat…
…& serve immediately to for example Homemade Churros.
