In today’s post I will show you how to bake quick and easy Homemade Oreo Cookies. Have fun baking!
Homemade: Homemade Oreo Cookies

Ingredients for about 20 Homemade Coreo Cookies:
- 200 grams of flour
- 120 grams of butter
- 110 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of baking cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 150 grams of marshmallows
- About 250 grams of powdered sugar
Required kitchen gadgets, helper & preparations:
- Mixing bowl
- Kitchen machine/Mixer with dough hook
- Cling film
- Fridge
- Large pot + suitable bowl for the double boiler
- Spatula
- Dough card
- Rolling pin
- Round cookie cutter or glass/cup
- Possibly a cookie stamp
- A second cookie cutter with sligthly smaller diameter or glass, egg cup…
- Baking tray + parchment paper
- Knife
- Brush
- A cup with water
Instructions for the Homemade Oreo Cookies:
Give all ingredients for the short pastry (flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder & salt) into a mixing bowl ……
…and start kneading for about 3 – 4 minutes …
…until a smooth dough…
…wrap the short pastry into cling film…
…& allow to rest for about 1 hour in the fridge…
…give 150 grams of marshmallows along with 2 tablespoons of water into a bowl…
…& melt them while stirring with a spatula over a double boiler…
…until all marshmallows are completely melted & you got a really sticky marshmallow-mixture…
…give the sticky marshmallow mixture…
…slong with 100 grams of powdered sugar into a mixing bowl…
…and start stirring/kneading with a kitchen machine or mixer with dough hook…
…after 1 – 2 minutes of mixing add another 50 – 75 grams of powdered sugar and continue kneading…
…stop stirring and drive along the side walls of the bowl with a dough card sometimes to loosen the sticky mixture from the side walls of the bowl…
…once everything is well combined give the remaining powdered sugar onto the countertop…
…then give the marshmallow mixture onto the powdered sugar…
…& now start kneading with your hands…
…until the remaining powdered sugar is incorporated…
…& the marshmallow mixture is elastic & significantly less sticky…
….wrap the marshmallow mixture into a sheet of cling film…
…& allow to rest for about 1 hour in the fridge.
…dust the countertop with some flour…
…& roll out the dough with a rolling pin…
…until a thickness of ½ centimeter…
…if you like stamp with a cookie stamp the desired pattern on the dough sheet…
…& then cut out with a suitable cookie cutter, glass or cup round cookies…
…remove the excess dough, knead again & as seen in step 21 – 25 roll out & cut out more cookies…
…place the cookies on a lined baking tray…
…& bake for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat)…
…get the cookies out of the oven and allow to cool completely…
…next give some powdered sugar onto the countertop…
…turn the marshmallow mixture into the powdered sugar…
…& roll out with a rolling pin…
…until a thickness of ½ centimeter…
…then cut out round circles with a second cookie cutter, glass, cup or egg cup which has a slightly smaller diameter than the first cutter…
…now cut out the circles completely with a knife…
…& then remove the excess dough, knead again, roll out & cut out more circles until you got 20 in total…
…brush the white circle with a bit water…
…put with the wet side onto a chocolate cookie and gently press down…
…now brush the other side with some water…
…& carefully press on a second chocolate cookie…
…repeat that for the other cookies & the serve!

Gute Idee, aber die Marshmallowmasse kann man nicht rollen 🙁
Also bei mir war das sehr klebrig, ich konnte das auch nicht ausrollen. :/
Mein ganzer Mixer war versaut, aber geschmacklich hat es sich gelohnt. 😉
